BDT & USDT Deposits
hi77bet processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and in USDT via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by hi77bet are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
No Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to defraud hi77bet — including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or collusion — will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
Amendments to Terms
hi77bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hi77bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Account Registration & Verification

KYC Compliance: Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hi77bet support may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functionality. hi77bet will never ask for your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any payment account password during the KYC process. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
hi77bet supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). All BDT transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction.

- Maximum single deposit: as displayed in the Cashier for your specific payment method
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
- Deposits are typically credited to your hi77bet wallet within 1-10 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider
- hi77bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges

- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (BDT) or equivalent in USDT
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by support
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days (BST, UTC+6); cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete faster depending on network congestion
- hi77bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request
- Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to full completion of the applicable wagering requirement (see Section 5)
// Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) in relation to a hi77bet transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. hi77bet will immediately suspend any account that initiates a chargeback, freeze all funds pending investigation, and retain the right to recover any amounts disputed in bad faith through legal channels where applicable.
Currency Note: All account balances are maintained in BDT (৳). If you deposit via USDT, your balance is converted to BDT at the rate displayed at the time of deposit. hi77bet does not hold USDT balances — all USDT deposits are converted immediately upon confirmation. Withdrawal to USDT will be converted from your BDT balance at the prevailing rate at time of withdrawal request.
Bonuses & Promotions
hi77bet offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of that promotion as published on the platform, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms prevail.

- All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be voided without compensation

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) before any portion of your balance derived from a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place at least ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%-25%; sports bets at odds of 1.5 or above contribute 100%; sports bets below 1.5 odds may contribute 0%. hi77bet actively monitors bonus activity for patterns that constitute abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies (such as covering both sides of a bet) to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. hi77bet reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All sports betting, live casino, slot, and crash game activity on hi77bet is governed by the specific game rules published within each product, as well as the general conduct rules set out in this section.

- All bets are final once accepted by the hi77bet system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised before the market closes
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered (e.g., venue change affecting conditions), hi77bet reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes
- Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at a price clearly inconsistent with the true market price — will be voided. hi77bet will not honour bets placed on manifest errors regardless of the time elapsed since the error was published
- Maximum payout per bet, per event, and per day are as displayed in the sports betting interface and may vary by market and sport
- Cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20WC, Bangladesh national team fixtures) are subject to additional cricket-specific rules available within the cricket betting section
// Live Casino & Slots
Casino game outcomes on hi77bet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). hi77bet does not alter or interfere with provider game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are those certified by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the following policy applies: if a round cannot be completed due to a server error, network failure, or game provider outage, the bet for that round will be returned to your account balance in full. Completed rounds with verified outcomes will not be reversed.

- Fraudulent payments: Depositing via stolen payment credentials, disputed payment methods, or payment accounts belonging to third parties
- Platform exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to support and will be reversed
- Harassment: Using live chat, support channels, or any communication with hi77bet staff in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: hi77bet operates in compliance with anti-money laundering principles. We monitor transaction patterns and reserve the right to freeze accounts and request source-of-funds documentation where unusual activity is detected. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be permanently closed and relevant information passed to appropriate authorities without prior notification to the account holder.
Account Suspension & Closure
hi77bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at support@hi77bet.

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
// Self-Exclusion
hi77bet offers a self-exclusion programme for players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened — this restriction is enforced by design to provide genuine time away from the platform. - Real-money balances may be retained pending investigation; if the investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, any legitimate balance will be returned
- The account holder is permanently prohibited from registering a new account on hi77bet
- hi77bet reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses caused by fraudulent activity through civil and criminal legal channels
